Termination

Waters Moving & Storage SMS Program
1- By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Waters Moving & Storage related to your move, including appointment reminders, move confirmations, and scheduling updates. We do not send promotional or marketing messages through this program. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us.
2- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number you received messages from. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@watersmoving.com or by calling 1-800-232-9977.
4- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5- Message frequency varies. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages related to your move scheduling, appointment reminders, and updates about your move. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

7- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services, such as customer service providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared with any third parties.
