Does Waters Moving & Storage have multiple locations?
No, we are not a franchised moving company. We’ve been family owned and operated since our opening in 1975. Our corporate office and storage facility is located in Martinez, CA. Fortunately, because of that central location, we’re able to provide commercial, office, and residential moving services throughout the San Francisco Bay area as well as the Greater Sacramento area.
Are your moving crews independent contractors or your own employees?
All Waters Moving staff (full & part-time) are skilled relocation professionals who have received personalized training by us, and have been certified and security cleared to address the specific requirements of your move.
Will a project manager be assigned to my move?
Yes. We assign one professional crew supervisor to each move. Larger projects will also include a professional project coordinator to help you with all the details of your move. Please contact us to schedule your on-site consultation to evaluate your commercial or residential moving needs.
How far in advance do I need to book my move?
The key to effective residential and commercial moving coordination is the planning. We request as much notice as possible. However, we strive to accommodate all requests for moving services, even when they’re last minute.
